Equinor exercises an option and extends the agreement with TS Site Services, which is part of the TS Group, for five more years.
The framework agreement covers all of the company's offshore installations and onshore facilities where Equinor is the operator or Technical Service Provider (TSP). In addition to Equinor, all of Equinor's suppliers and their subcontractors can also call on services under the agreement.
The agreement covers TS Site Services' core areas, leak sealing and mobile machining with associated services. Our task is to contribute to regular and predictable production on operating plants. Furthermore, mobile machining, for example turning of various types of flanges on-site, is a significant part of the deliveries.
“Above all, this is a vote of confidence in our employees who have carried out assignments on the agreement for a number of years,” says Contracts and Communications Director Stine Setsaas. Equinor has been one of our largest customers in this segment since the late 1980s, so there is no doubt that the agreement is strategically important for us.”
Long-term agreements form a solid foundation for the continuous development of the industrial services and solutions we offer. We expect that between 5 and 30 full-time employees will be engaged on the agreement at any given time.
