Health, environment, safety and security
TS Group's fundamental position is that personal injuries, occupational diseases and other undesirable incidents resulting from its activities should not occur. At TS Group, we have a fundamental zero-hazard philosophy in the HSE area.
TS Group's HSE policy is intended to provide information to the company's stakeholder group, including public authorities, employees, clients, partners and suppliers.
HSE in TS Group is a group-wide line management that moves through from the group level to the end of the company.
All managers in TS Group are responsible for the health, environment and safety of its employees by ensuring continuous improvement of the management system in accordance with legal requirements, and by facilitating safe working conditions for its employees, which includes consultation and participation of employees and their representatives.
The Group's employees are obliged to comply with laws, regulations, standards and plant-specific regulations at all times. This is to prevent damage to themselves, their colleagues, materials, equipment and the environment.

This HSESK policy is anchored in TS Group's senior management and is communicated to all employees and relevant stakeholders. The policy is reviewed regularly to ensure that it is relevant, up-to-date and in line with the company's strategy, risk profile and objectives.
