Through TS Academy, we offer comprehensive solutions in courses and competency development. We deliver certified and industry-relevant training on-site at customers or at competency centers across the country.
TS Site Services focuses on mechanical maintenance and modifications. With expertise in service and maintenance assignments, the unit covers all types of industries, both offshore and onshore, and is not limited to oil and gas.
Our customers
Our customers are primarily operating companies on the Norwegian continental shelf and their contractors. We have long-term and predictable contracts with key players such as Equinor, Aker BP and Vår Energi.

TS Group employs over 450 people and has offices in Porsgrunn, Molde and Bergen. We deliver services throughout Norway, and internationally when needed. In addition to offices, we have facilities for mobile machining and modern training rooms for both theoretical and practical training.
The goal is to offer the most attractive assignments within oil and gas, renewable energy, the process industry and other industrial activities, while at the same time being a safe and developing employer.
HSE, quality and ethics
HSE, quality and ethics are integral parts of everything we do. We have a clear zero-harm philosophy for people, the environment and material, and are continuously working to improve work processes and the working environment.
We are certified according to ISO 9001, 14001, 45000 and in the process of 27001 as well as an audited employer (RA).
