Here you will find necessary information about our billing procedures:
Invoicing
The TS Group wishes to receive electronic invoices in the standard EHF format.
Invoice requirements
It is a prerequisite that the invoice content is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If the invoiced amount includes VAT, a valid VAT number as registered in the Brønnøysund Unitary Enterprise Register must be provided.
Invoice reference requirements
All invoices must be marked with our project number, department number or order number, and the name of the customer. This is essential for us to process the invoice on time. Information about this must always be provided when ordering. We reserve the right to return invoices that are not marked correctly. The marking gives us information about which project/unit/department has ordered the delivery.
Guidelines for PDF invoices via email
If a PDF invoice is used, the original invoice should not be sent by regular mail. The PDF invoice should be sent to the email address specified below for each company.
PDF format requirements:
- Only one invoice (with attachments) for each PDF file.
- Only one PDF file for each email.
- No messages can be sent via email, as invoices are scanned by machine.

TS Group's values are proper, safe, courageous and committed. In line with our values, we want transparency about critical matters. In order for TS Group to operate in line with our values and guidelines, we depend on employees speaking up when something is not right. Information about critical matters allows us to improve. It is important both for the company and for the society we are a part of. TS Group shall have a low threshold for reporting.
About notification
Whistleblowing is reporting objectionable matters, such as violations of legal rules, ethical guidelines in TS Group and/or norms that are widely accepted in society, to someone who can do something about it. Whistleblowing gives us the opportunity to uncover cases where the company's routines are not working. It is also an additional opportunity to speak up, where it is difficult to report, or you feel you are not being heard.
Right and obligation to notify
All employees, contractors or stakeholders of TS Group have a statutory right to report. If you are unable to reach a conclusion through internal reporting, you can report to relevant authorities.
In some cases, you have a duty to report. You have a duty to notify your employer and/or safety representative/union representative about harassment, discrimination and conditions that may pose a risk to life and health, cf. Section 2-3 of the Working Environment Act.
Protection against retaliation
The whistleblower shall not be punished. If you do report, you shall not be negatively affected, even if the report later turns out to be unjustified. A report shall therefore not have any impact on your opportunities within TS Group or on your professional development.
If you report a concern and experience retaliation, you must tell your company's whistleblower officer or another manager you trust.
What can I report?
Whistleblowing often has an element of public interest and should be done in good faith.
Examples of matters you can report include matters related to:
- Corruption and financial irregularities such as theft and embezzlement
- Danger to life and health
- Danger to climate or environment
- Abuse of authority
- Unsafe working environment
- Personal data security breach
Personnel conflicts, professional disagreements and personal contractual matters do not fall under the mandate of the whistleblowing channel. They should be discussed with the immediate manager in the first instance.
How do I report?
You can always report to your immediate manager. If this does not lead to progress or is not appropriate, you report to the general manager, and ultimately to the chairman of the board.
Do you find it difficult to report to the leaders in the organization? Or have you tried to report without success? Then you can contact our external reporting channel directly.
There are two ways to use the notification channel:
- Fill in NOTIFICATION FORM
- Send email to: gunnar.holm.ringen@pwc.com
You can consult with a safety representative or union representative during the process. They are bound by confidentiality.
As a whistleblower, you are not required to provide evidence of what you believe to be objectionable. You are also not required to report in writing. In order for TS Group to be able to process the report in the best possible way, it is still an advantage if the report is presented in writing with examples and documentation. The following information should be included:
- What has happened (violation of laws and regulations, violation of ethical norms or internal guidelines)?
- Where did it happen?
- When did it happen?
- What is the scope?
- Are there witnesses or documentation that can substantiate the information about the objectionable relationship?
It is also an advantage to include contact information so that TS Group can contact you if more information is needed about the objectionable matter.
Anonymity and confidentiality
All reports, including information about who has reported, are handled confidentially.
You can choose to report anonymously. Regardless of whether you provide your name or report anonymously, the report will be handled in accordance with laws and regulations.
How is the notification followed up?
If you report internally within TS Group, the report will be processed as quickly as possible, and written confirmation will be given to the reporter that the report has been received.
All reports are handled in accordance with established guidelines embedded in TS Group's management system. These are available to all employees via the internal homepage. The Group is required to have routines for reporting and handling reports. This is regulated in the Working Environment Act, Chapter 2A.
When reporting to an external reporting channel, the report will be categorized and assessed. Reporters will receive feedback from the external reporting reception when the report has been received. The report will be forwarded to TS Group's HR department.
