The vast majority of positions on the Norwegian continental shelf, both onshore and offshore, require a relevant trade certificate. A trade certificate gives employers confidence that you can perform the work in line with the industry's requirements for quality and safety.
For administrative positions, it is good to show either a bachelor's or master's degree in the field you are applying for. We place as much importance on who you are as on what your experience is, and encourage you to apply regardless of whether you are a recent graduate or have more experience.
