At the Growth Conference, Morten shared insights about the growth drivers of the future. He particularly highlighted GenZ: a generation that sets demands, but also raises quality. They want to learn, develop and contribute – and if we are to attract them, we must meet them right away: opportunities, development and reciprocity.
Economic Barometer – Molde Business Forum
At the same time, in Western Norway, Stine presented the market picture on the Norwegian continental shelf and what current developments mean for the industry. The message was clear: The oil and gas market is strong, but Norwegian energy is entering an important shift. Activity is high, but gradually declining – which makes the ability to adapt absolutely crucial.
Two scenes – same theme
The energy market is changing. Working life is changing. And the ability to adapt – strategically, humanly and operationally – is more important than ever.
For us, it means staying close to developments, sharing knowledge and learning continuously – every day, all year round.
