Management Letter – Q4 2025

Growth never goes out of style! TS Group's growth is driven by expertise. The fact that more and more of our leading professional communities are now being built by Gen Z gives us both pace, quality and long-term strength

2025 has been a year that has truly put TS Group on the map. We are in a challenging but also very rewarding growth phase – and over the past 18 months, the net number of full-time employees in the group has doubled compared to the previous year. This is a powerful expression of both market demand and the execution strength that characterizes our entire organization.

Gen Z (20–29 years) now makes up 30% of all employees at our company – of which 130 are young skilled workers at the sharp end with Norwegian vocational certificates – in addition to an administration where everyone under 40 has a bachelor's degree or master's degree/other higher education. This stands in stark contrast to the situation nationally, where 16% of Gen Z are without a job or study offer. TS Group represents a real stepping stone into working life for young people who choose to invest.

We are also in the unique position of being able to offer our employees assignments with world-leading players in the oil and gas and process industries, while at the same time offering our clients some of the country's most competent professionals - both today and in the future. This creates a self-reinforcing growth spiral that will drive TS Group further into the coming years. Stay tuned!

At the same time, we see a clear development: It is not only manpower that attracts young people – the oil and gas industry is stronger than it has been for a long time. If the events of recent years have taught us anything, it is that a stable Norwegian supply of energy separates industrial life from death, and thus prosperity from poverty for most people in Europe. TS Group thus stands at the intersection of two strong power centers: flexibility and career opportunities in manpower , and long-term perspective and industrial weight in the energy sector. This enables us to recruit, develop and retain some of the most sought-after young skilled workers in the country.

More than half of TS Group's employees are now under 40 years old, but our growth is also driven by employees who have been with us since our establishment in 2005. It is a combination of experience, continuity and new energy that money cannot buy. And if anyone were to wonder whether our scaling model is sustainable, the answer is clear: Despite a doubling in activity, TS Group's sick leave has been below 4 percentage points YTD 2025 – which is about 50% below the average for member companies in Norsk Industri. We have not registered any critical or red incidents in connection with our operations this year (or even), and our LTIF (absence rate per million working hours) is 1.7. These are industry-leading key figures that show that our growth does not come at the expense of quality, safety or sustainability – quite the opposite!

To our employees, clients and other stakeholders: thank you for a very eventful year. TS Group would not be here without you – and we will move forward, together.

The message for 2026 is clear:

Norway needs more of the staffing industry – not less. We create jobs, build expertise and open the doors to an industry that Norway is completely dependent on. Today, we have 500 permanent employees in TS Group, while somewhere between 500 and 1,000 of our former employees are now in permanent positions with our clients – this is an ecosystem that we will cultivate, further develop and further strengthen.

With the strength we now have in the TS Group organization, we enter 2026 with optimism, pace and direction. We look forward to the journey ahead – together with you.
