This year, TS Group celebrates its 20th anniversary – a milestone for a company that has established itself as a credible player in industrial services for some of Norway's heaviest industries.
Back in 2005, when a group with a background from Norsk Hydro came together under the name Technical Support, the foundation stone was laid. A common vision was developed – namely to offer specialist expertise to the industry, with quality and long-term focus. We still carry that vision with us, but along the way we have grown to become a comprehensive supplier of both expertise and services to the oil and gas sector – and to industries that are close to it.
From small player to solid supplier
Through years of targeted investments, strategic acquisitions and steady organic growth, TS Group has developed from a small player to a group structure consisting of several companies and nearly 450 employees.
20 years have brought both ups and downs – from global economic fluctuations to a pandemic. Yet we have never lost our footing. With solid operations and steady growth, we are excited to build on all we have achieved.

Strong partners, strong expertise – this is how TS Group creates lasting value
A crucial success factor for TS Group is the long-term framework agreements we have entered into with several of the leading players in the various industries in which we operate. Such strategic collaborations provide security for us, for our customers and, not least, for our employees. Flexibility and scalability are key, so that we can meet our customers' needs at all times - whether it concerns short rental assignments or large maintenance projects.
Our own TS Academy ensures that our employees maintain a high professional level, with a wide range of courses and further education. In addition to internal training, our instructors ensure that the courses are equally relevant to external users. That is why partners and customers actively use us to tailor in-house courses to suit their needs.
In parallel, we have expanded our service offering with TS Site Services, which ensures maintenance and industrial services directly at the customer. This is an area where we are constantly gaining ground, and with the acquisition of Furmanite in 2018, we are building on a history that stretches back to 1979.
