EX Maintenance-Repetition/Update-E-Learning

The e-learning course is designed for personnel involved in organizing and/or performing: planning, installation, inspection and maintenance of Ex equipment.

Registration Ongoing registration

The course package will provide participants with an introduction and review of these topics according to relevant parts of the IEC 60079 standard. (NEK EN 60079 standards).

Learning objectives:

Basic Ex philosophy, repetition-Preparation and installation of electrical equipment in explosive areas
Inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment in hazardous areas
Know what kind of maintenance needs to be done, and which maintenance tasks need to be sent to an authorized workshop
Provide CompEx certification candidates with the theoretical training necessary for the theoretical exam

The course lasts 5 hours.

Recommended maximum time for evaluating competence is 5 years

The e-learning course is used as a refresher after 5 years
