The authorities require basic safety certification for people who will operate bridge and overhead cranes . The requirements include both theoretical and practical training.

This course provides bridge and overhead crane operators with good practical training in the safe use of bridge and overhead cranes with a final practical exam/run-in.

The course includes the following topics:

Use and control of various lifting equipment/use of lifting tables
Lifting of various loads
Crane structure and safety systems
Inspection and maintenance
Various tasks involving driving a crane
Take a swing
Practical exam

After training, a Certificate of Competence is issued .

Alternatively, the practical part can be carried out in your own company. A prerequisite for issuing a certificate is that the participant's company and the training company enter into a written agreement on mentoring training. The participant and the mentor must complete training module 4.7 and document at least 40 hours of practice in this module. After documented practice, you can register for a practical exam/preparation with us and be issued a certificate of competence. Please contact us at kurshjelp@tsgroup.com for prices.
