We are looking for Automation/Instrument Technician – Nyhamna
As an instrument technician, you will contribute to the daily monitoring and operation of automation, telecom, HVAC and measurement systems at the facility to monitor activity in the facility.
The position is daytime. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

Job duties
- Daily monitoring and maintenance of the instrumentation.
- Ensure that the technical equipment is in accordance with requirements and standards.
- Prepare notifications, quality assured notifications within the field.
- Follow up on work orders, work permits and ongoing activities, as well as reporting in the maintenance system (SAP).
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections and overhauls on process, auxiliary and communication systems in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
- Update maintenance and equipment history, as well as drawings and other documentation.
- Contribute to the implementation of maintenance plans.
- Contribute to continuous improvement.
- Keep tools, test equipment and workshop equipment in good condition.
Qualifications
- Certificate in automation
- Relevant experience from similar positions
- Good technical understanding
- Good IT knowledge
- Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
