Module: P-2.4 and P-4.4 Norsok R-003 and R-005. Rigger course for offshore and land-based industry.

Planning
Use of rigging equipment
Calculations
Performing safe lifting operations

The course ends with a theoretical and a practical test. A Certificate of Competence is issued.

Prerequisites

The candidate must have completed: Hooking and staking G11, modules 1.1 and 2.3 and Fall protection course according to standard NS9610.

• Perform rigging operations
• Complete training courses as a deck operator
• Complete training courses as a drill deck worker
• Lead/coordinate lifting operations and other relevant logistics operations
• Be operationally responsible
• Be a safety representative
